Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for, purchasing tickets to, or attending ESummit'26 organized by the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Cell (IE CELL) of Malla Reddy University, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not register or attend the event.

2. Event Registration and Tickets

2.1 Registration Requirements

  • You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your registration details
  • One ticket admits one person unless otherwise specified
  • Tickets are non-transferable without prior written approval from the organizers

2.2 Ticket Purchases

All ticket purchases are processed through Unifesto, our official ticketing partner. Payment must be made in full at the time of registration. Prices are in Indian Rupees (₹).

2.3 Ticket Verification

You must present valid identification and your ticket (digital or printed) at the event entrance. Failure to provide proper identification may result in denied entry without refund.

3. Code of Conduct

All attendees must:

  • Treat all participants, speakers, sponsors, and staff with respect
  • Refrain from harassing, discriminatory, or disruptive behavior
  • Follow all venue rules and safety guidelines
  • Not engage in any illegal activities
  • Not bring prohibited items (weapons, illegal substances, etc.)
  • Not record or photograph sessions without explicit permission

Violation of the code of conduct may result in immediate removal from the event without refund and potential legal action.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All content presented at ESummit'26, including but not limited to presentations, materials, logos, and branding, is the property of the respective owners and is protected by intellectual property laws.

By attending, you agree not to reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any event content without explicit written permission from the content owner.

5. Photography, Recording, and Media Release

By attending ESummit'26, you consent to being photographed, filmed, and recorded. The event organizers may use these images and recordings for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, marketing materials, and future event promotion.

If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please inform event staff upon arrival.

6. Limitation of Liability

IE CELL, Malla Reddy University, and ESummit'26 organizers shall not be liable for:

  • Personal injury, illness, or death occurring during the event
  • Loss, theft, or damage to personal property
  • Travel or accommodation expenses if the event is cancelled or rescheduled
  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Attendees participate at their own risk and are encouraged to obtain appropriate insurance coverage.

7. Event Changes and Cancellation

The organizers reserve the right to:

  • Modify the event schedule, speakers, or content without prior notice
  • Change the event venue if necessary
  • Cancel or postpone the event due to circumstances beyond our control (force majeure)
  • Refuse admission or remove any attendee who violates these terms

In case of event cancellation, refunds will be processed according to our Refund Policy.

8. Force Majeure

The organizers shall not be liable for failure to perform any obligations under these Terms if such failure is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, civil unrest, or venue unavailability.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By registering for the event, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Third-Party Services

ESummit'26 utilizes third-party services including Unifesto for ticketing and payment processing. These services have their own terms and conditions, and we are not responsible for their actions or omissions. You agree to comply with the terms of any third-party service you use in connection with the event.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or your attendance at ESummit'26 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued participation in the event after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
