Refund Policy

Important Notice

Please read this Refund Policy carefully before purchasing tickets to ESummit'26. Ticket sales are generally final, with refunds available only under specific circumstances as outlined below.

1. General Refund Policy

All ticket purchases for ESummit'26 are non-refundable under normal circumstances. This policy applies to all ticket types (Basic, Premium, and Enterprise).

By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge and accept that you will not be entitled to a refund except in the specific circumstances outlined in Section 2 below.

2. Refunds Due to Event Cancellation

2.1 Complete Event Cancellation

If ESummit'26 is completely cancelled and not rescheduled, registered attendees will be eligible for a full refund of their ticket price. Refund processing will begin within 14 business days of the official cancellation announcement.

2.2 Event Postponement

If the event is postponed to a new date, your ticket will automatically be valid for the rescheduled event. Refunds will only be provided if:

  • You cannot attend the rescheduled date and request a refund within 7 days of the postponement announcement
  • You provide valid documentation supporting your inability to attend

2.3 Responsibility for Refunds

Please Note: In the event of cancellation or refund eligibility:

  • The event organizers (Innovation and Entrepreneurship Cell, Malla Reddy University) are solely responsible for processing and issuing refunds
  • Unifesto is NOT responsible for refund processing or refund-related decisions. Unifesto serves only as the ticketing platform
  • All refund requests and disputes must be directed to the event organizers atiecell@mallareddyuniversity.ac.in

3. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will NOT be provided in the following situations:

  • Change of mind or inability to attend for personal reasons
  • Schedule conflicts or travel difficulties
  • Changes to the event schedule, speakers, or content
  • Venue changes within the same city
  • Partial attendance of the event
  • Dissatisfaction with event content or experience
  • Failure to attend the event
  • Loss or theft of tickets
  • Technical issues on your end preventing attendance

4. Ticket Transfers

While refunds are not available, you may transfer your ticket to another person under the following conditions:

  • Written notification must be sent to the organizers at least 7 days before the event
  • The new attendee must meet all eligibility requirements
  • Both the original purchaser and new attendee must complete a transfer form
  • Transfer requests are subject to approval by the organizers
  • A transfer processing fee may apply

5. Refund Processing

5.1 Refund Timeline

If you are eligible for a refund, processing will take 14-30 business days from the date of approval. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase.

5.2 Refund Method

Refunds will be credited to:

  • The original credit/debit card used for payment, or
  • The original payment account (UPI, net banking, etc.)

5.3 Processing Fees

In case of eligible refunds, payment gateway processing fees and transaction charges are non-refundable. The refunded amount will be the ticket price minus applicable processing fees.

6. How to Request a Refund

If you believe you are eligible for a refund based on this policy:

  1. Email your refund request to: iecell@mallareddyuniversity.ac.in
  2. Include your full name, ticket number, and reason for refund request
  3. Attach any supporting documentation if applicable
  4. Wait for confirmation from the organizers (response within 5-7 business days)
  5. If approved, refund will be processed within 14-30 business days

7. Chargeback Policy

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting the event organizers may result in legal action and permanent ban from future IE CELL events. Please follow the proper refund request process outlined above.
